Open Letter on behalf of Shareholders to Officers and Directors of Novartis AG

Today, on behalf of a set of concerned Novartis shareholders, the ACR Project demanded that the company publicly retract its discriminatory outside-counsel policies.  The policies at issue substantively mirror those announced by Coca-Cola last year and abandoned by the company in response to our parallel demand that it comply with American Civil Rights law.
